By accessing or using alinaflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
alinaflow is an academy management platform that provides student CRM, scheduling, payments, attendance tracking, teacher management, communication tools, and AI-powered automation for private academies and educational businesses.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each workspace is a separate, logically isolated tenant. You own all data you enter into your workspace. alinaflow does not access, use, or share your workspace data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
A free tier is available with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in EUR. Annual billing provides a discount compared to monthly billing. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
alinaflow provides AI-powered agents that automate tasks such as responding to inquiries, sending payment reminders, and detecting student churn. AI agents act on your behalf based on your configuration. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated communications and actions. alinaflow is not liable for decisions made by AI agents or their consequences. You may disable, override, or adjust AI agent behavior at any time.
alinaflow owns all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and documentation. You retain ownership of all content and data you enter into the platform. You grant alinaflow a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, alinaflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
