alinaflow ("we", "us", "our") operates alinaflow.com and the alinaflow academy management platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially when it comes to student data entrusted to us by academy operators.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and workspace details.
Usage Data: We collect analytics data about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, and device information.
Student Data: Academy operators enter student information (names, contact details, enrollment records, attendance, payment history) into the platform. This data is processed on behalf of the academy operator.
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the alinaflow platform; improve and personalize your experience; communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
Your data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard access controls, monitoring, and security practices to protect your information.
We act as a data processor for student information. Academy operators are the data controllers and determine how student data is collected and used.
We do not sell, share, or use student data for any purpose other than providing the alinaflow platform to academy operators.
We follow FERPA-aware practices for handling student education records in the United States market.
We integrate with third-party services to provide platform functionality: Stripe and PayPal for payment processing; Twilio and SendGrid for communications (SMS, WhatsApp, email); Amazon Web Services for infrastructure and storage. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Student data entered by academy operators is deleted within 30 days of account closure or upon request. Usage analytics are retained in anonymized form for product improvement.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.
We use essential cookies only to maintain your session and provide platform functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
