alinaflow is the operating system for music schools, language schools, tutoring centers, dance studios, sports training centers, and similar. Businesses use alinaflow to manage students, schedules, attendance, and billing. As part of that service, alinaflow sends transactional SMS notifications to families on behalf of each business. This page explains what messages recipients will receive, how they opted in, and how to opt out at any time.
SMS notifications from alinaflow are transactional only. No marketing messages are sent from alinaflow's SMS senders. Typical messages include:
Each message is always prefixed with the name of the business that triggered it (e.g. "alinaflow / DeTres Escuela de Música: …") so recipients know which business the message is from.
Recipients opt in to SMS notifications during the enrollment process at a specific business. When a business registers a new family or student on the alinaflow platform, the business's staff collects the recipient's phone number as part of the enrollment form and discloses that alinaflow will send transactional SMS notifications to that phone on the business's behalf.
Recipients may also have provided their phone number directly during a self-enrollment flow on the business's alinaflow workspace, where the consent language is shown next to the phone-number field.
In both cases, opt-in is an affirmative action: the phone number is explicitly provided with the understanding that SMS notifications will follow.
A typical alinaflow SMS looks like this:
alinaflow / DeTres Escuela de Música: Lucas didn't come to class today. If it was planned or due to illness, you can ignore this message. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any alinaflow SMS message and you will immediately stop receiving further messages from that number. Opt-out keywords are also recognized: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT (and common non-English equivalents such as BAJA).
After opting out, you can reply START to resubscribe if you change your mind.
If you have trouble opting out, contact us at support@alinaflow.com.
Reply HELP to any alinaflow SMS message to get support information. You can also visit alinaflow.com/help or email support@alinaflow.com. For account questions specific to your business, contact the business directly.
Frequency is variable and depends on your business's activity. A typical family receives between 2 and 10 messages per month — a mix of attendance alerts, schedule changes, and billing notifications. You will not receive more messages than your business's operations genuinely warrant.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. alinaflow does not charge recipients for SMS — any charges come from your own mobile operator.
alinaflow sends SMS through Twilio, a licensed messaging provider. Messages are delivered to recipients via their mobile carrier. Delivery is best-effort and subject to carrier availability. alinaflow uses a verified US toll-free sender (+1 888 916 8786) for US recipients and additional country-specific senders for non-US markets.
Your phone number is processed in accordance with alinaflow's Privacy Policy. alinaflow does not sell or share phone numbers with third parties, and does not use SMS data for advertising.
